As in, something like this:
Sunday: run 8 miles
Monday: work out 90 minutes
Tuesday run 7 miles
Wensday: work out 90 minutes
Thursday: run 10 miles
Friday: work out 60 minutes
Saturday: run 9 miles
That's just an example of a week I just had, but I don't know if that's for the best (wasn't really sure what I was aiming for each day, hence the irregularities), and maybe you have some other strange thing; but basically, I was in top physical condition 2 and a half months ago. Then school started, and I've been gaining weight, and I'm curious as to what others have been doing. My friends are retarded and just lift weights, so I'm here. In genuinely annoys me how useless my friends are in every single problem I ever have, but that's a rant for another day, and one that shouldn't take place online.

Don't really work out... just boxing practise for about an hour each day during the week and two hours a day at the weekends (I have a sort of home gym... weights, bag, bike, that kinda thing).

I walk my dog maybe once a day. That's all, except for posting a lot on the Escapist and playing a lot of games has given me the fingers of a god.
EDIT: Supposed to be an image, but I guess you can't embed it.

I do 6-8km runs whenever I feel like it. and a 4-6km run at about 7:15, depending on how much time I have. Generally 1-3 runs a day I do, 14-16 km being the norm. I don't lift weights, so my upper body muscles reflect that of someone carrying an mp3 player for 5 months. Not really felt the need to do weight lifting anyway.

I row (on a rowing machine in the winter) 3-4 times a week and then Friday morning practice at 6:30. These consist of stair suicides for and hour and a half. At my school, there is no elevator and there are four storeys. It is deadly.

I go to the gym 5 times a week at the moment usual do more weights than cardio but that's because I find cardio very dull! I love the gym at the moment, quite a few fitties around! I have done a bit of rock climbing recently and that pretty awesome!

My old workout routine used to look like this:
Minimum 6 mi/day running
Minimum 4 mi/day swimming
1,000+ push-ups
1,000+ sit-ups
600+ pull-ups
Plus whatever else was on the schedule
Then I got hurt, and I had to take about 2 years off. Now my workout consists of:
Cycling
Back Strengthening
Jogging
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Pull-ups
Low weight lifting
I'm still building back from a pretty devastating injury followed by a sickness that damn near killed me. Overall, I'm working back up to where I was in the first list, but it will be a while.

I was riding 12 miles a day on a resistance bike (different settings depending on day), and afterwords doing 45 minutes of classic or 'old school' strength exercises. Though my machine broke and I've found running is hard on my ankles, so I've been taking long brisk walks instead. About four miles a day, on top of whatever other activity I do that day. I've also been walking to the market and department store when needed instead of being dropped off - which will add another two to four miles depending on which store I need to go to.
I've been on a pretty big weight-loss journey, and since my resistance machine broke, my body has gotten used to my current weight and wont seem to let it go, however, it's happened before and it eventually let it go after a week or two. I should probably be happy it's holding onto my current weight through this change and I'm not gaining a bunch back.

walk/run for an hour when I can be arsed to get dressed and go out. Or when I'm pissed. Occasionally I take one of our 3 dogs with me.

I rock climb 3 times a week, and row 2 or 3 times a week. Then, running or weight lifting whenever possible.

The only "exercise" I do these day is regular walks into town (it take me about 40 minutes to get there and back). Yes I am unfit compare to my teenager self due to no more P.E. lesson and I would like to go to the Gym but that cost money (which I don't have).

Walk everywhere, push-ups and bicycle crunches Monday-Friday, don't eat like a pig in shit.
It works, at least for the time being, on my 17-year-old self. I'm sure I'll have to pick up more active cardio when I get older.

I haven't worked out in many years. Was going to start again a few months ago, since I've pretty much just been sitting on my ass for two years, but of course I get a fucking injury that might be chronic.
Gonna try to start a bit slowly soon, though just walking to the subway a few days ago made me feel like I was dying.
When I did work out I mainly used the equipment I have at home; an exercise bike and some weights. Never really had a schedual, though I think it was about 10 kilometers and then 25x3 with the 5 kilo weights every third day or so.
